YOU ARE YOUR CHILD'S FIRST TEACHER!
Don't depend on the school system to teach your child everything they
need to know. Everything they need to know, they don't always learn in
kindergarten. The school system is like the lottery. If you are lucky,
you will get a good teacher!
It
is very important to have a strong, solid foundation as early as
possible. You can help your child build that foundation. The earlier
your child learns the fundamentals, the better their chances at
success.
Whether
you are a homeschooling mom or a working mom, you can teach
your child if you will devote at least 15 minutes a day.
This
time will not be "worksheet" time, as proposed by other websites,
but meaningful interactions between you and your child.
